Just moved house and have started pruning. Not touching this but curious as to what it’s called it’s about 12ft

looks like a cherry tree to me. Not sure the variety but you'll have some more clues as the blossoms show.

Any idea of variety? It was dark pink last week and lightened almost overnight. Thanks 😊
