Levelling lawn

I have a week of quarantine and digger. Any advice on how to level a lawn? Am I best to dig the whole lot over and reseed/turf it? It’s quite overgrown and lumpy and quite a large area.

Now that’s it’s roughly level, the area where the greenhouse was left is quite a bit lower. If I get topsoil in to level it out, should I do it after I’ve let the weeds grow and sprayed them?
