Lupins germinating too quickly?

I purchased some lupin seeds to germinate indoors ready for spring.
I have never done this before, but read that it takes about 2 weeks.
In just 3 days, 1 of the 27 seeds has shot up, but no others are even showing.
Is it possible that this seed may infact be something else, or is this normal?
