Pruning

My fuchsia Pink Fizz plants are now 1 year old and have about 4 stems each, about 6 inches long: should I cut them back a bit?

If they were mine I would check how many buds there are on each stem.

If there are not many, I would just pinch out the tips to encourage them to bush out more.

If there are several leaf nodes per stem I would prune back to just above the lowest and then trim the cut pieces and put them in a jar of water to try and root them to make new plants.   Your plants should certainly be big enough to do that next year.
