Primrose problem

I planted some primrose's at the weekend,  I've just gone to have a look at them now and some have them have gone dis-coloured.  I also planted a dozen into the ground and they are all fine, also I planted 2 smaller pots with three plants in each and they are fine as well.  Does anybody know why ?
The compost is the same in all three pots and they have also been subjected to the same weather conditions.

    Cut those dead flowers off and they’ll bloom again.

    Yeah the flowers don't love rain so much . Cool, bright and dry weather is when they perform at their best.

    Yes - they're just weathered.
    You may also find that you have too many in there. They spread quite a bit.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Thanks for the replies,   I did think it was rain but there is nothing wrong with the other flowers which made me wonder.

    They're not Primroses, they're Polyanthus....

    I think they're coloured primroses which have a single flower on each thin stem ... polyanthus have taller sturdier stems with multiple flowerheads held well above the height of the leaves  ...

    These are polyanthus

    Not a prob @SueG1  😊 . My little Granny used to grow a lot of both. One of the first things I learned was to tell the difference 😊
