Small houseplants for bathroom

Specifically ones that don't need much light. I'd say my bathroom can feel bright-ish but not enough for something that needs plenty of light- might be the white tiles kidding me on!

Have had 2 small pots of ivy on shelves but they're very straggly compared to the one I've kept in the conservatory which was bought at the same time.

Spider plant relatively unfussy? Any succulents/cacti that would be suitable?

    Succulents and cacti do best in dry atmospheres.   You need to look at ferns - Boston, maidenhair, asparagus.   Spider plants are fine too.

    I would say spider plants are good, very happy in the bathroom environment and quite low maintenance.

    How small is small? Spider plants tend to get fairly big given the chance. Sansevieria could be a good choice though if you're after a more succulent type plant. There are some nice small varieties like this one https://thelittlebotanical.com/product/sanseveria-punk-succulent-snakeplant/  which are a bit different to the standard Mother-in-law's Tongue type. Supermarkets tend to have nice variegated ones cheap now too.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    Orchids could be good if it's not too dark. Take out one shelf.

    Peace Lily and Air plants are good in bathrooms too
