Milky bellflower - how long before it re-emerges?

I would have thought that there would be some signs of life, by now, but still nothing...

    I'd give it a while yet.
    I'm not sure quite where in the garden mine are, but I've not seen any shoots I'd recognize as them yet.
    I think it's usually around April when they pop through

    Thanks Pete! Was beginning to worry I’d lost it. But then, our winter was pretty mild, just very wet.  Like it is now. Sigh...
