Which spirea is this and what to do?

These spireas are around a foot tall. Does Anyone know what what variety please? Do I prune them or leave them alone? Thankyou

I would prune those long shoots down to the rest if possible and do it now before it really gets going. It might be Spiraea 'Anthony Waterer' -quite an old variety or Spiraea
'Goldflame' if the leaves turn a gold colour, then reddish in the autumn.
