The first is a Buddleia, there are many varieties. I think the second might be a Thalictrum.

I'm guessing possibly Thalictrum delavayi

Similar to my Thalictrum delavayi ‘Ankum’, but there are quite a few species/cultivars of Thalictrum / meadow rue.
