ideas for edging a border

The wooden edging that I got from poundland is gradually rotting and disintegrating.
Any ideas for new edging- easy to install and also reasonably priced

    Places such as B&Q, Wickes, Toolstation, Homebase and The Range all do border edging. It's basically a case of you pay your money and you take your choice. :)
    I would suggest maybe treating with some type of preservative if you go for wood again, this should help to prolong the life of the wood.
