Move evergreen shrubs

As it’s been a mild winter so far, can I move a couple of evergreen shrubs (phygelius) now? I live in Croydon. The shrub is about two years old.
Thanks.

Better to have done it late autumn early winter as that would have given longer for roots to settle but still OK now.  Just make sure you get as much of the root ball as possible, water well before and after transplanting, and again during any dry spells this spring and summer.
