Allium Bulbs - am I too late??

    Also meant to say that the are bulbs not bare root plants. 

    I don't think there is such as thing as "bare root" aliums. Bare root bulbs are just called ... bulbs. ;)

    Perhaps you could put them in pots and sink the pots in the ground , if it seems they are not going to flower you could lift them and they'll be good for next year.

    @Papi Jo That’s what I thought, but some alliums, like Millennium, are rhizomatous.

    Same here, mild winter is confusing the garden... If we get a cold snap I will be struggling.

    I second Dovefromabove, plant them and see what happens, worst thing is you compost them in the autumn
