Top leaves of Pieris fallen off

Hi as you can see from the title this is my problem, the lower part of the plant seems healthy any ideas.

    It's possibly because the soil is too dry but as Fran says, a photo would be a help.
    If not, can you give some idea of it's position,  sun, shade etc. Also,  do you know which variety it is?
