Help with a quote commercial

Hi not sure if there are many companies on here. I'm looking to give my first tender for a commercial site. Here is the details and there looking for a yearly cost I think roughly 5 hours per visit each week through the cutting season... Here is the requirements if someone could tell me what they would charge yearly I have to include everything weed killer and plants etc as shown in chart

    I don't know about the quote but you've probably breached data protection laws by publishing this if you didn't have consent. :/

    Send me a message,  I'd also delete the post as you want to keep your tender pricing private for competitive reasons.

    I've done probably 50 contracts like this in the past.
