Pink muhly grass

Would it look better to remove the grass?  I cut and moved the slabs myself with great effort but adding the grass wasn't a good idea?

    Great work with the slabs. Maybe move the grasses so that they are not so close to the slabs, I think they will then arch gracefully over the slabs softening the edges.
