Eucalyptus poorly?

Hello
im not very green fingered at all so please bear with me! I have a potted eucalyptus which has been very healthy and sprouting lots of new growth but towards the bottom are brown spotty leaves, they are not brittle or dry and are not falling off. Does anyone know what it might be or how to treat it if needs be please? Thank you
