Queen Elizabeth or Stromboli hedging roses

Wondered if anyone had this type of hedging? Would it stand up to a windy exposed site? How many months does it look baldy? Cheers

    I have an odd flower on a Queen Elizabeth at the moment. It endures being hacked down, then flowers later on.  I don't know stromboli
