I forgot I took one yesterday of the young Acer I got a year or so ago - Orangeola I love this time of year @AuntyRach. Lovely to have several in your garden. I may treat myself to another one for this garden. There's so many acers round here - the green ones have been superb for a while, and now the dark ones are all going.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I think they've been in that pot a while @Daithi29 - a few years anyway. I never pay much attention to them, but I just move them around to fill a gap when needed. I have several small pots with the little pups etc, and I just let them do their thing. I put them in small terracotta pots on a shelf near the back door, tipped over a little to keep them drier. Good for over winter etc
