A few years after it was planted an over zealous gardener took out the lead shoot so its layered effect was out of kilter for quite some while and then it started to lean so, this season, has been propped up by a stake which can just be made out.
    That's a shame it probably would be a fair size by now,  Its still very nice though.

    My oak leaf hydrangea in the back garden always colours up before the one in the front, as it's slightly more stressed  ;)


    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Yes, of course, but nothing beats experience acquired first-hand.
