Fruit cage

The birds enjoyed many of my raspberries last summer. I would like to make a long narrow protection cage using netting and canes. I would appreciate any advise please. Many thanks.

I hung 6 cd's with bits of string around my raspberries last year and I don't think the birds had any - which surprised me.
If you use netting make sure the holes are big enough for pollinators to get through, but most important of all is as pansy says above.

Most birds upgraded to mp3 players years ago so they've got no use for CDs anymore.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
