Please can someone help as our bosses cactus is dying? Is there anything we can do??

It looks like a euphorbia rather than a cactus. If it bleeds white latex sap when you cut it then make sure not to get it on your skin or anywhere near your eyes etc.

If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
