Type of flower

Hi All,
Wonder if I can get help to identify this flower?
It grew this summer from a mixed flower seed packet I got 
Looks lovely but not sure what of the name 
Need help please

  • Looks like a (semi double?) form of Centaurea (cornflower/knapweed) but not sure which as there are a lot of varieties and they are quite variable.

    Possibly  Sweet sultan.aka  Amberboa moschata.  It would be easier to identify with a side view showing leaves if possible.

    Amberboa used to be in Centaurea. The bud is scaly in the same way as most cornflowers.    Chiltern seeds have the white one on its own (The Bride ). I think I may add some to my list for cut flowers this year.  Sarah Raven has a packet of mixed colours listed.
