Help identifying plant

Hi All,

Please could someone tell me what this plant/bush is? It has lost all its leaves and flowers now bit grows back in the summer
Any help would be appreciated!

    It's a spiraea, possibly 'Gold Mound'.  Pink flowers in the summer, golden foliage from spring to autumn.  Shouldn't get bigger than a metre height and spread and needs no pruning.   :)
