Chive, Chey is improving gradually and has made some positive progress. It would be nice to see him back on here soon. We might have to wait until next year though!

    Good afternoon my friends.
What a lovely day here, proper ending of the year. No more wind and coldness from yesterday. Just came back from cottage. I had a small stuff to do and after that I went with my dog in two hours long walk. Very satisfying. Now lunch, then rest. I'll stay at home today and wait for New year. Does anyone has any plan for tonight?

Managed to wash my hair for the first time in a month!

I mean I did then have to be sick from  being stood up for too long but hey, it's progress.

I'm also now able to have enough energy to get up and use the microwave for short periods of time!

We're back at college on the 7th but my personal target is the 14th.

I hope everyone else is doing fine, don't mean to rabbit on about myself!

Afternoon Ante. You have been busy again .You will need a rest this afternoon .
Chive , I am tired and sore ,but not too bad thank you .
  • Afternoon everyone.
Popped to S'burys this morning for a few bits, it was surprisingly empty! In and out in no time at all. Picked up some Christmas crackers in the sale for next year at 70p for a box I don't mind just throwing it all in the bin afterwards. They are really pretty ones so will make great table decorations too.
Not going out tonight like we used to, but hopefully 2020 will be a healthier one. 🤞🤞

  • Oops meant to ask Hazel, is the new blanket a babies one too. Can we see a pic please.
Poppet 1 wants me to knit a new scarf for her, so I'll have shop for some wool.
  • Ooh you weren't there just now Hazel 🙄

Hey Chey. You must have heard us talking about you. Good to see you..
Hi Ante. A perfect way to spend time walking the dog. That will keep you both fit. I think that there will be a lot of snuckering today SGL, as everyone starts sending emails and texts to family and friends overseas. The airwaves are going to be full of lovely messages flying to and fro.

Chive, that is a beautiful start of a New Year.

Nice to see you Chey. We didn't need to wait a next year to hear a sound of you.

It was nice LB but to stay fit  after holidays I'll need to walk to your lane and back😂.

That is so true Ante. I cut into my Christmas cake today (couldn't eat any before as I felt so full!) I have to say that I am very pleased with it. I need to cut a big chunk of it to take to cat sitter tomorrow when I get back from my sis and bro-in-law's.
