    Morning Chive.
I went to W'rose early yesterday (not quite THAT early though - they didn't open until 7.30 so no point!). I also left home without my first morning cuppa - really, really missed it. Out of bed straight into clothes. Finally made it to the shower at about 4pm!

Haven't had a shower yet today either. Have been waiting for a parcel delivery (just made) and I knew he'd arrive if I got under the water or started drying my hair. Fortunately everyone's trying to get home early today.

The Christmas wheat is looking good Ante so we should all have a great gardening year next year. Hoorah. Love your tree and Nativity scene.
Chive I didn't need to go our as it happens. My brother and I decided we had enough for we two to eat tomorrow. We are not going for a full on meal - we couldn't manage that - so we are just nibbling.
T'Bird, I have lost count of the times the postie knocks when I'm in the shower!

Chive and Topbird you were both early birds in the sm.  I hope you managed to get what you needed.  Our sm is selling vegetables at 20p a bag very reasonable indeed.  Ante thank you for the video of your decorations.  Peace and love to you and your cats and dog.
  • Hello and Happy Christmas!  :)

Please excuse me butting in to your conversation but I happened to notice there was a post from Normane22 some time in the small hours.  He/she has posted spam on other threads on the forum, so please beware and don't click on any links they insert!  You can get an idea it's spam because - as with the post during the night - it doesn't link in with anything anyone else has said...

    Afternoon all.
You are a busy lot with early sm shopping.

Ante, your tree and nativity scene are lovely.
Enjoy planning your new garden @Liriodendron and being close to one lot of grandchildren.

  • Thank you, Joyce and Topbird!  Garden planning is waiting until the builders have finished chewing up the turf and scattering broken tiles about - but I've ordered quite a lot of seeds...   :)

We'll see the granddaughters (who are 8 and 5) tomorrow.  Can't wait!

Hope you all have a happy Christmas, wherever you spend it.
