Very tall, very late flowering plant - do you recognise it?

Hi, I noticed these beautiful flowers behind somebody’s fence, through a trellis on top of an 6ft fence. So the plant must be about 7ft. Flowers really late, this picture (sorry not of a great quality) was taken mid-November. 
I would love to have one of those, considering the beautiful colour, large flowers and the very late flowering season. 
Does anybody know what is the name of this lovely plant please?

    Look like they could be Dahlias of some kind.  :)
    They flower until frost hits them, but some areas don't get much frost, so they continue flowering.
    Someone else might have a different suggestion though.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Could also be Chrysanthemums.

    I'd agree. Look at the leaf in the bottom left corner.

    Thank you everybody for your responses. I have been searching the net for “tall chrysanthemums” but haven’t found anything similar yet. Will try specialist nurseries.

    Tender chrysanths, and especially the 'spray' types, can get very tall if they are planted out early in the season and not 'stopped' in late summer to keep them short, so you may not see that sort of height in the plant's official description

    Thank you @raisingirl - that totally makes sense. I have now searched for “Late Spray” and found one that looks just the same! xx
