Boris Johnson confronted by single mother on live radio show after saying their children are ‘ill-raised, ignorant, aggressive and illegitimate’

One wonders if he considers his children to fall into that category.
    Devon.
  • Back to the cat question I too have a problem cats that is Cra**ing on my front lawn. The repellent sprays work for a while but the rain washes it away. Never see the culprit so cant deal with it any other way. Some say the ultra sonic devices work but I have very sensitive hearing so I think it may drive me more mad than the cat.

RSPB sonic anti cat devices are better. They totally work.
  • Thanks @Fire I have looked this up they are not cheap but..... Can you or anyone you know (especially younger ones ) hear it though?

I was going to join in the discussion about irresponsible  tomcats but have managed to resist so far.

@Allotment Boy  - yes I and younger people can hear it. It doesn't bother me at all. (high frequency detection can fall off with age).
  • Hmm thanks I fear they may drive me to distraction then. I know us oldies are not supposed to be able to hear them but my hearing is very acute. Not so bad if it only comes on when there is a cat about but no good if it was on all the time.

It just beeps softly for about three seconds which you hear if you're right next to it. The RSPB has, I think, a full six month return. Worth trying, I'd say.
  • Invest in a cat yourself.
I was never convinced and detested them before but I have an adorable one and he is ultra clean and always uses his tray.
We've never had another problem (and believe me there have been many unpleasant moments) since he's patrolled our gardens.

As I have written before Diluted urine does the trick with us, no need for it to be offensive if well diluted, don't see many cats now.
