Joyce wouldn't that be lovely but you have to give them a virtual tour of your kitchen before.   I've been to the sm it was quite busy.  Back home for a cup of raspberry tea, very warming.  I was going to pick up what seemed to be a dead spider with a tissue on the windowsill in the bathroom.  However it moved, I was so shocked I let out a little scream  :) and it disappeared down the hole leading to outside.  I must have scared it.  I normally get my handheld spider catcher and put them in the garden.  Best wishes to Chey hope he'll soon feel better and he'll be missing Luco  andLuco will be missing him.  Pansy hope the hq for Elsa and lc has improved.  I had trouble with a rescue cat called Pattie and unlike your Elsa Pattie was a bit of bruiser and was hunting down Alfie.   Alfie had shared his toys but she was a meant with him, lovely on her own though.  I felt very sad but after she viciously attacked Alfie I had to take her back and let them know she can't be around other cats.  I checked the website  she was overtime  rehomed and I was much relieved.

Ooh Ruby, that sounds delicious. I'm with Joyce - anything marzipan is heaven!
Rebecca, Pattie sounds a right thug but I'm pleased that she found a new forever home. Some cats do prefer to be single. PF - I'm not sure I could cope with home deliveries - I'd have to tidy up!
Chive I hope that the appointment goes smoothly. I haven't quite got around to putting decs up but the cards are now stuck with white tac to the glass in the living room doors.

SM delivery been and done. No way would I have someone else putting the shopping away - it's bad enough if OH does it...

    Control freak? Moi?...🤭

Pansy - I watched the Glenda Jackson programme. It was excellent but I couldn't recommend it as 'entertainment viewing' for anybody dealing with the trauma of caring for somebody suffering with Alzheimer's. The portrayal was very well done, very realistic and, therefore, maybe a little too painful for some. Good story line though.

Sorry to hear that Chey is facing quite a long stay in hospital. I do hope they use the time wisely to try to work out what is causing all his problems (as well as getting him better -  obviously!).

LB - you're right - it does seem to have gone colder. Tomorrow doesn't look too great but Wednesday looks to be a cold, crisp, sunny day. May try for a couple of hours outside🙂
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

    Good evening to all.
Wasn't around here last few days due to lot obligations. I worked a whole Saturday with my lights, yesterday I was at my cottage and weather wasn't pleasant. It's still raining and it's cold. I have a lot of posts to read but tomorrow I'll have a more time to do this.

LB, send Chey best wishes. I wish him a quick recovery.

Here is my Christmas lights. I have some more but must wait until rains stop.

    Thanks everyone.

Rebecca, I used ladder to climb up on first branch and later climb almost to the top. It was quite funny and few passenger laugh when they saw me up there.

MU, I have a just few more, not much. When you do that with bucket, lights and star I want photos😂.
