    I think that's a good idea @WillDB - actually- both of those ideas. If you have room to dig holes for a hedge, you'll have room to dig holes for concreting in a few posts.

    I'd also agree about Griselinia - not hardy. Lonicera would do the trick if you really want a hedge. It'll withstand virtually anything, but any hedge will need some maintenance, whereas WillDB's ideas will require virtually nothing.  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
