    Lucifer is bright red, and quite tall. I like it - it's quite impressive  :)
    The common one is orange, and much smaller - couple of feet or so :)

    The cultivated, named ones are well behaved generally.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    I have the common small orange ones mixed with tree/shrubs roots and some mixed with bamboo. Quite sure I'll never get rid of them. It's hard to understand how anyone could ever though planting them under shrubs or bamboo is a good idea.
  • What varieties are they - I'd be interested in some if you can post them?
