Just make sure you get a decent enough rootball on it, and plant at the same depth in the pot as it is in the ground They do like free draining soil, so make sure it has that, and it would be a good idea to keep the pot up off the ground to help with drainage too. Some varieties are a bit more short lived than others, and less hardy, so bear that in mind too. It can often be worth taking cuttings if you can.
