Six-month olive tree dying - any advice

I have a potted six-month olive tree sitting on a window sill but it appears to be dying all of the sudden. I know nothing about plants, so does anyone know if this is recoverable. Picture below.

    Agree about the pot being far too big and, at that size, a lyer of grit would be more suitable than those big clay chunks.    The compost needs to be a free draining loam based compost rather than multi-purpose as they don't like sitting there with wet roots.  It should also be outdoors except during the coldest months until it is much bigger and hardier.
