I am near Caernarfon and leave mine outside. They are OK, both in pots and borders. The only exception was the Beast from the east in spring 2018 (I lived in Bangor at that time), I lost some, but not all of them. I believe Wrexham is colder in winter, as everything behind the mountains. We have a lot of coastal influence and almost no frost.
