Plant id needed 😀

Any idea what this is?! Will it flower or is it a weed that should be pulled? Thanks

    That looks like a foxglove to me. Lots of little ones around it too. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Yes, I agree, the plant looks like foxglove. The plant to the lower right of it looks a little like aquilegia, though I could be wrong.

  • Borage was my first thought too @Robert Ellerby although foxglove was my second choice.

    I would say Borage as well. And the little one an Aquilegia.

    Another vote for Borage.

  • Dig one up. If long tough tap roots then borage, if fibrous roots then foxglove, but I think borage.
