Where can I buy in Cornwall or Devon?
in Plants
I would like to buy a curry leaf plant, I live in Cornwall but drive to and from London weekly. Does anyone know where I can get a cutting or buy a curry leaf plant?
Thanks

Just to confirm you mean Helichrysum italicum...common name Curry plant.
24 nurseries are listed as selling it.

The reason I ask is that there is also a tropical tree known as Murraya koenigii.....curry leaf tree.

the easiest place to get a curry leaf plant would probably be the citrus centre, online.
i haven't come across any in garden centres down here - i have been looking and even tried taking cuttings from a bunch bought in an asian supermarket (but i assumed they had been cut for too long).
Curry leaf is grown for its culinary properties. Never seen it here either as a plant or a herb for sale in SMs of any descrition so I substitute a bay leaf or two, when I remember.
I got it from the citrus centre as I like to support small businesses rather than amazon, and got the smallest one which is now about 5 foot tall and supplies regular curries.
