Black spot on Pansies.

I've just noticed this black spot on my pansy leaves. It's only on the plants in this pot at the moment.  It has good drainage in gritty soil.
How do I treat it ?

    I would plant them
    a bit further apart so there’s plenty of air flow around them, and make sure they’re not over-watered. 
    Then I think they’ll be fine 😊

    There are various fungal spores which cause leaf spot on pansies.
    Remove the affected leaves, and hopefully you will stop the fungus spreading.
