Onion sets.

Good morning everyone,

Can anyone tell me when is the best time to plant onion sets as I am getting conflicting advice.  On the one hand I am being told Sept/Oct and on the other hand March/April.  Would be really grateful if someone cold let me know.  Many thanks.  Mags

    Haven't got a clue Dovefromabove.

    I am in Slovakia and unfortunately the bag is not labelled.

    Then I think if you bought them at this time of year it’s probably the right time to plant them. 

    Hopefully they’ll be selling the ones for spring planting in the spring?

    That’s what Id do anyway d 😊
