Sutton's Apricots

Hi,

I've grown 11 plants from seed and potted them on (twice, well established). I have them in a cold frame. Do I leave them insitu or bring them in over winter?? Best wishes, Christian

I’m not sure what Sutton’s Apricots are but I would leave anything now and plant out next Spring if they’re in small pots.

I think they are foxgloves which I assume are biennial. If they are a decent size I would treat them like wallflowers  and get them in now. If they are smallish they are hardy so should be fine in a cold frame. If the winter is very cold they might need protecting with fleece on the coldest days/nights

Ah right, I have apricot foxglove seedlings in the greenhouse for the winter but I only sowed the seeds in  September so still quite small, I will pot on if they grow anymore this year and plant out in March.
