Increasing pot size

Hi, I have a few plants that are in 200mm x 200mm pots (approx) that I would like to move into larger pots to get a bit more growth from them. I have these pots in larger ceramic pots which I have allowed for the drainage aspect when watering. Can I get some advice please on what I should or shouldn’t do.
The plants are Draceana, Yuka and one I’ve no idea what it’s called so will try add a picture.
