  Hi @newbie77. I have a small garden too and currently stuff leafy bin bags out of sight behind/under shrubs. 
  I'm wondering if there would be enough airflow in a wheelie bin?  Everything I've read about producing leaf mould points to it working better when the heap is more open to the elements. Please come back to let us know how your experiment goes. I'd be keen to try a closed bin myself if it's successful. 😀
