Badgers normally have a latrine trench dug on the edge of their territory so you find loads of the stuff together. I take it there was no foxy smell though?
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

No. No smell. I did get nose to nose with it while it was fresh. Somewhere in the region of the size of my hand, I'd say.
