    The seeds live in the wardrobe that is NOT the mice!!! There is an OLDE SAYING from my days as a country girl, when you sow peas, "one for the rook,one for the crow, one to rot and one to grow".  I have been gardening 60 years (OMG!!!) and it was only a few years ago, I heard Alan Titchmarsh say you expect 70-80% germination on seeds, up till then I thought I must be doing something wrong.  Just shows you can teach an old dog new tricks!! WOOOF

    And that's if you get all the conditions right and the weather stays fair ... ;)
