Bought this for £3 today, should I cut this down now ? Thx in advance.

No need to cut it down. You can remove the dead flowers if you find them unsightly though.

In my opinion, no.
One of the key qualities of rudbeckia are the look of the seed heads through winter.

I'd take them off . Most seedheads look dire here - a manky, wet soggy mass.
Horses for courses
If you keep that ticking over during winter, it'll be big enough to split next spring.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I bought some. They have just carried on blooming as are the bigger Rudbeckias.
I am most impressed with them.
