Just couldn't resist uploading these pictures of this years crop grown by my father in law who has just turned 90!... :)

    He looks every bit as good as his tomatoes.  Please tell him, my mum is 96 and single ....

    They aren't just looked after, they are manicured!  How on earth he has managed to get them to ripen top to bottom at the same time I don't know.

    A lot of TLC. He does spend time in the greenhouse removing branches and leaves (as you can see) and tapping the flowers to make sure they pollinate. He gives them lots of watering and uses tomorite to feed them. It seems to work for him.
