Tiny black fly bug

Hello, 

I don't know if this is that appropriate place to ask but I am trying my luck.

I have noticed these flies dead by my window sill and some are in my toilet. The ones that are in my toilet are actually dead on the ceiling.

    They look like fruit flies to me.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    I don't think it's fruit fly as I did a quick look on Google and it's not the same. Also how do I get ride of them

    Sorry if I'm missing something but if they're dead just hoover them up or chuck them in the compost bin. It looks like there might be more than one type of fly there but out of several thousand fly species it's a bit hard to narrow it down from those pics sorry.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
