  • @WillDB I would agree with you there!  However in all seriousness I think I will just have to live with the situation, I think my OH raised an eyebrow at most of your suggestions - guess who would have to do the heavy work and is so very reluctant ........

    @Guernsey Donkey2- is there any way you would consider just breaking the pot to get it out?
    You can glue them back together quite successfully nowadays, and if it's located in a spot with other planting round it, you'd hardly see the joins. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
