CATS!!!

Neighbours cats are regularly spraying my shrubs in the front garden, either killing them off or burning the foliage. Most of the usual suggestions don't have any effect, anyone tried, tested and had success with something? . Getting really fed up with having my garden ruined!.

Our neighbour's cat is in our bad books today - another poor bird has been disposed of by the cat. Grrrrr. I tell him off, he hides under the shed with poor bird - never to be seen alive again and then the cat has the cheek grin at me.
