    It might be a good idea to move it to a pot that doesn't curve in at the top before it gets any bigger, and use that pot for temporary/bedding plants or with a standard-shaped plastic pot as a liner.  Otherwise when the cordyline outgrows the pot the choice is to break up the rootball or break the pot to get it out (or let the plant get pot-bound)
