Hello, 
Can you tell me if the Himalayan Honeysuckle is poisonous to dogs and cats. Also is the plant non native or invasive?

    I have it in my garden and I've had dogs for 20+ years with no ill effects.
    I've also eaten the berries - they are like an astringent nutmeg so I'd say you and your pets are ok another name is pheasant berry as the birds love 'em

    It's not invasive in my experience and the 2 or 3 of them I have have not spread.

    Had no effect on cat or dog.  You will get seedlings courtesy of the birds. Blackbirds love the berries.  
    Cut hard back in the spring.
