Help in identifying my old greenhouse please

Anybody have any idea as to what greenhouse I may have inherited on my allotment by this photo ? At the top a grove (half circular) runs the length of the greenhouse which is where my opening roof vent slides into ( so it can be positioned at any point required ). I need to find out as my roof vent is broken and I need a replacement. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
